Creative Scotland’s Innovation Programme is supporting the development of MusicFlow, the world’s first cloud service enabling composers and sound designers to create dynamic scores that film makers can easily adapt to fit the flow and mood of their moving images.
MusicFlow, which is being developed by Edinburgh-based Musemantik, connects the worlds of sound and images, creating new revenue streams for music creators while empowering film makers to get customized music for their films almost instantly.
CEO of Musemantik, Maciej Zurawski, commented: “There is significant interest in MusicFlow worldwide, and this support from Creative Scotland allows us to develop the tools needed by composers and sound designers to quickly create dynamic scores for MusicFlow and expand the benefit of our service to the creative world”.
Creative Scotland is the national development agency for the arts, screen and creative industries. The Innovation Programme fosters innovation and supports projects which will stimulate the development of the creative industries in Scotland.
